Carib Teleconsult, Curaçao (Dutch Antilles) > image research + advice Intercai had been active in Curaçao for several years as Carib Teleconsult, but experienced differences in the Dutch and Dutch Antillian cultures. Potential clients were questioned via intensive, semi-structured interviews to get a clear picture of the client wishes and Carib Teleconsult’s image. Based on the results a report was written indicating how Intercai could bridge the cultural gap.
