Because the activities of Philips Harderij did not belong to the Philips’ core activities they decided to take a pro-active approach and make their own plan for the future. Based on interviews with employees and market experts a strategic marketing plan was made showing their benefit to the general Philips company. Philips Harderij still belongs to the Philips concern. |
