Kodela, Curaçao > internal communication survey + communications plan Within Kodela, a water and electricity company, a way was sought to improve communication with the employees. Via a written questionnaire all employees were asked what other information they would like to receive and how they would like to see it presented to them. Based on this survey a communications plan was written and implemented.
