Hanniebal implements research that forms the basis for a more efficient and results-oriented way of working. Examples are Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Image research or research into new markets and export possibilities.
The information derived from the research forms the input for expanding the customer base and/or service level of our clients. In close co-operation with our clients we determine a marketing and communications strategy focused on strengthening short- and long-term market position.
If there is a need for a third-party company to (partly) implement the strategy then Hanniebal will gladly assist in the choice of supplier. For example, by obtaining quotations, comparing them and suggesting the most suitable two or three to you. From there, and if desired, we can assist by co-ordinating and supervising the implementation of the advice given. This will allow us to keep budgets, timing and quality under control for you. In short: we will get the job done.
