The choice of research method is determined by the questions that need answering. For each project we choose the best fitting method and the most efficient way to have the research done. Often a number of methods are combined.

E.g. we make use of:

• free or (semi-)structured interviews;
• written, electronic, oral questionnaires or by telephone;
• (participating) observation and group discussions.

For doing the research we make use of experienced and specialized partners. For each project we make a client specific questionnaire that fits with the chosen research method.
